AV Camp Bus Registration

Secure your child’s spot on the AV Camp Bus! This $275 fee covers transportation to and from camp, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride for your child. Choose from either our Winter Camp or Summer Camp options and fill out the information for each child attending.

Summer Camp Session 4, 2026:
Bus departs Sunday, July 26th 8AM and returns Friday, August 7th around 4PM

My child/children (named above) has my permission to participate in the Antiochian Village Camp Bus Trip to Bolivar, PA on the dates specified above. I understand that this trip involves stopping at rest stops along the way and staying together so no one is left behind. I also understand that reasonable precautions will be taken to safeguard the safety and health of my child and that I will be notified as soon as possible in case of an emergency or injury.

Also, I shall not hold liable any Church, the Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese, their clergy, Council members, Church members, staff, leaders, volunteers, nor any individual lending or giving his/her private property to be used in connection with this event for any illness or accident.

If I am unable to be reached and it is necessary, I further authorize any treatment and hospital care advisable under the supervision of a licensed medical physician and his/her staff. Such treatment will include examination, X-ray, anesthesia, medical, dental, and/or surgical diagnosisand treatment.

All Antiochian Village Camp Bus Trip participants are expected to behave in a manner that is consistent with Orthodox Christian Principles and in a manner considerate and respectful of each other, those with whom they come into contact, other participants, guests, hosts, and themselves. In consultation, leaders may ask non-compliant participants to leave the trip if they are unable to behave according to the guidelines/rules. Parents/Guardians of the participant will be contacted and the parent/guardian will make travel arrangements at their own expense to retrieve the participant.
